We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and relationship-savvy professional to join our Partner Services Group (PSG) as Senior Manager for the MDP Task Force —a high-impact, temporary role that will immerse you in the heart of how we motivate, reward, and empower BCG’s most senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • As the driving force behind the evolution of BCG’s MDP Compensation & Equity (C&E) Framework, you will:
  • Help MDPs understand, trust, and be motivated by a value proposition that goes far beyond numbers.
  • Partner with senior leaders and a global task force to design, test, and implement enhancements to the C&E framework—ensuring it’s fit for BCG’s evolving strategy.
  • Lead strategic analyses and scenario modeling to examine incentive effectiveness and alignment with performance outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end project work, from data collection and insight generation to stakeholder communications and change management.
  • Shape high-stakes conversations with PSG leadership, the BCG Executive Committee, and a network of global MDPs.

What You’ll Bring

  • To succeed in this role, you'll bring a combination of strategic mindset, analytical horsepower, and strong relationship skills:
  • 5+ years consulting experience, ideally as an Associate, Consultant, Project Leader, or within Finance/Client Team OR: 8+ years in industry in finance, executive remuneration, or commercial operations.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects and navigating ambiguity.
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; comfort with modeling, scenario testing, and financial logic.
  • Sound understanding of accounting and economic principles.
  • A high level of discretion when working with sensitive data.
