Responsibilities include:
- Managing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Handling requests, queries, comments, and complaints courteously
- Greeting guests arriving by car or taxi, assisting with luggage as needed
- Arranging taxis and providing directions, promoting Fortnum’s services
- Maintaining a professional appearance in line with company standards
