As a Guest Relations Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Working various shifts, being the welcoming personality for guests upon arrival and departure
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, bills, and payments
- Providing excellent guest care by answering queries and resolving issues
- Sharing knowledge about our hotel and services, and upselling when appropriate
