Currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager/ Business Change Project Manager to join a high-performing Business Improvement & Change Team. As part of their wider Strategy, Planning and Change Directorate, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering their ambitious Corporate Strategy by embedding operational excellence across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and support a wide range of service and business improvement projects, including their ongoing Transformation Programme, which is reshaping how they work and deliver services. From process redesign and operational/service design to embedding technological change, your work will help ensure the client delivers reliable, consistent, and repeatable services. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business – from customer insight and data analytics to technology and frontline teams – to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver sustainable change.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced continuous improvement professionals who bring both strategic insight and hands-on delivery expertise. You’ll have:
- A proven track record of delivering business/service improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies (Green/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong project and change management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in large, complex organisations
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to represent the voice of the customer in all you do
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver at pace
