The Company:

We have an exciting opportunity within an intellectual property law firm specialising in high-value and complex patent matters. Their multidisciplinary team combines patent attorneys, litigators and commercial IP lawyers in three of the world’s main patent markets – UK, Germany and USA, along with recent expansion into Sweden.

The Role:

Due to their expanding client-base and work load, this client is looking for patent attorneys from all levels who are capable of handling maths-heavy technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, cryptography, and similar high-tech digital technologies.

The successful candidate:

  • You will be comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced environment where you are given a level of autonomy to do your work.
  • You will be a qualified attorney, ideally both UK and European qualified. Applicants with just UK or European qualification will be considered.
  • You will ideally have experience of working with direct clients and be comfortable providing advice to people having varying degrees of IP experience.
  • Successful candidates will have a background in mathematics, physics, computer science or engineering.
