We are currently recruiting for a Rewards and Payroll Adviser for a prestigious international law firm in the city. This role will play an integral part in the daily operations and running of the firm's rewards and benefits function. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward and Benefits to support with monthly benefits, payroll, and reward administration. You will also play a key role in the annual salary reviews and bonuses.
Other duties include:
- Being the ‘go-to’ person for all benefits, payroll, and systems queries
- Working in tandem with the Head of Rewards and Benefits and covering in their absence
- Processing monthly payroll and dealing with payroll-specific issues
- Preparation and delivery of salary and bonus review communications
- Updating and reviewing rewards strategy and policies
The perfect Rewards and Payroll Adviser will have a strong background in working in benefits and payroll. You will have a high level of attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills from a legal or professional services environment.
This is a permanent opportunity working two days per week in the office with a salary of up to c£45,000. The firm is also accepting applicants who would be open to working on a four-day-per-week part-time basis. For more information, please get in touch.
