Join our team at a leading management consultancy and technology services company, where we specialise in IT, financial services, and associated sectors. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of a prestigious UK-based postal service provider. This role involves shaping and delivering digital solutions within an Agile environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the App Transformation programme by capturing and defining requirements for the client's App.
- Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprints and releases every few weeks.
- Take ownership of requirements and proactively suggest improvements.
- Collaborate closely with business, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage vendor/supplier relationships in a multi-supplier environment.
- Engage in process modelling and requirements management to ensure deliverables meet the gating process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and requirements management.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier setting.
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst in large, complex organisations.
- Skilled in working within both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
- A proactive approach to work, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in the retail or logistics sectors.
- Previous consultancy experience.
