The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure proper store maintenance.

  • Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
  • Dust and mop floors.
  • Move equipment and products for cleaning and return them to proper places.
  • Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and high traffic zones.
  • Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors of supply needs.
  • Take initiative in cleaning tasks and complete all assigned duties.
  • Follow all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, serving as a role model.

Additional duties may include:

  • Provide fast, friendly checkout service and handle cash transactions.
  • Engage customers about Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with enrollments.
  • Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  • Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram setup.
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to move throughout the store. Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching. Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Use of standard cleaning chemicals required.

Applicants in the U.S. must meet legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.

Total Base Pay Range: $17.25 - $20.00
