The Client Services Associate will:
- Provide excellent customer service and quality home care
- Coordinate client services and manage scheduling issues
- Handle your caseload proactively while seeking to expand it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Develop strong communication within the team
- Monitor caseload metrics for effective fiscal management
- Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in a medical office or home care preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to take on increased responsibilities and achieve goals
