We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun environment. The candidate will support the team by acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, serving as a role model, maintaining composure under pressure, and being knowledgeable about products and standards. The role involves assisting with administrative and operational duties and ensuring store security.
Key Responsibilities- Support the store management team in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge as a role model for the team.
- Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, supporting local marketing efforts and driving store success.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
- Proven success in retail sales.
- Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
