With continued growth, they’re now looking to bring a Software Support Engineer on board to provide internal and client-facing support. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues across the Microsoft stack and assisting users in a fast-paced but friendly environment. If you’ve previously worked with payroll or HR software, that’s a huge bonus!
What you’ll be working with:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Intune
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices
- Supporting their inhouse HR software

- Proven IT support experience (2nd/3rd line)
- Great communication skills – you’ll be working closely with end-users and clients
