Edison Media is a fast-growing media and advertising agency working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. We're on the lookout for a detail-obsessed, highly organised Production Executive to join our team and help deliver exceptional campaigns from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the full production process to ensure artwork and assets are delivered on time
  • Creating deadline plans, managing specs, and chasing assets from clients
  • Submitting artwork to providers and tracking proofs of posting
  • Acting as the go-to contact for all artwork and production-related queries
  • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Updating CRM systems and compiling information for post-campaign reports

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in media, production, or a similar role
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-first approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
