We are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to our Contract Manager. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage both professional and personal tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you're great at multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is ideal for you! This position is 3 months temporary with potential to move permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Seamlessly coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Document Handling: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Personal Tasks: Assist with errands and personal tasks, such as shopping, reservations, and appointments.
  • Project Coordination: Support special projects and liaise with different departments as needed.
  • Expense Management: Track and process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (qualifications in business administration are a plus).
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and tools.

This position is 3 months temporary with potential to move permanent.

Salary: £18 per hour
