Job Summary: We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of new products, from concept to market launch. You will manage all project phases, ensuring alignment with WMFTS processes, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards. The role requires strong leadership, product development knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This position is part of the Project Management Office and may involve deployment across strategic projects within WMFTS. The role can be remote within the UK but requires periodic on-site presence and travel across the UK and Europe, including Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate Projects: Assess feasibility, define scope, develop budgets, and allocate resources.
- Define and Manage Projects: Create detailed project plans with stakeholder input, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Lead engineering, product management, marketing, supply chain, and other teams.
- Ensure Timely Execution: Monitor milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Build Organizational Capability: Improve NPI processes, tools, and team skills.
- Drive Manufacturing Readiness: Support DFM, DFA, tooling, validation, and ramp-up.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and ensure transparency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Meet regulatory and quality standards.
