We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused HR support that is vital to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver day-to-day HR administrative support and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide timely and professional advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations casework, performance appraisals and training coordination.
  • Collaborate with managers and the wider HR team to ensure best practice and compliance across HR operations.
  • Contribute to continual improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

What we are looking for:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards, or equivalent HR knowledge and experience.
  • Strong administrative skills and HR operations experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting employee relations processes.
