We’re on the lookout for a Safety Data Apprentice to join our team – supporting essential safety campaigns, gathering and analysing incident data, and working alongside experts who keep our railway running safely every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Safety Team with key admin and reporting duties
- Preparing and analysing close call and incident data
- Taking part in safety campaigns and communications
- Managing safety information on our internal systems
- Learning the ropes of real-time rail safety processes
This isn’t just data entry – you’ll play a real part in making our railway safer for passengers, colleagues, and contractors.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths & English (9–4 / A*–C)
