A leading creative agency specialising in live entertainment is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. You’ll be responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for some of the biggest names in the West End — from plays and musicals to one-off events and cultural institutions.

Key Responsibilities- Build and manage strong day-to-day relationships with clients across a range of theatre and live entertainment accounts
- Deliver fully integrated campaigns across OOH, paid social, digital display, broadcast, and ticketing
- Own timelines, budgets, and campaign reporting — keeping things moving and stakeholders updated
- Work collaboratively with internal creative, media, and strategy teams
- Brief and manage creative rollouts and media planning
- Use box office and performance data to make campaign decisions in real-time
- Lead client meetings, present campaign outcomes, and provide clear recommendations
- Mentor junior members of the team (e.g. Account Executives or Interns)
- Attend industry events, opening nights, and client shows as a brand ambassador
- 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, creative or media agency
- Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns and manage client relationships
- Experience across integrated media – especially OOH, digital, paid social, and print
- Strong organisational and budget management skills
- Clear communicator, confident in presenting and managing stakeholder expectations
- Passion for theatre and the wider live entertainment industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
- Knowledge of ticketing strategies, sales KPIs, or campaign reporting (a plus)
- Comfortable mentoring more junior colleagues and sharing knowledge
