Lutine Bell are working with a Lloyd's Underwriter who are looking to appoint a Risk Analyst into their expanding Risk function. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Chief Risk Officer and the wider team in enhancing and evolving the risk management framework across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the group to deliver a comprehensive risk profile, presenting an opportunity to develop a deep and broad knowledge of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment Support - Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritising risks across the organisation. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • ERM Framework Assistance - Support the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Prepare and present risk reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on risk assessments. Work closely with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management. Engage with external stakeholders as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within Insurance is essential (Lloyd’s market is desired)
  • Experience in managing GRC systems, enhancements or implementations
  • 3+ years relevant industry experience
  • Must have full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
