What You'll Do:
- Support a major systems upgrade within the Buying and Merchandising function by providing hands-on assistance throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Play a key role in analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that upgraded IT systems meet the needs of the business.
- Involved in writing and executing test plans, escalating issues, and helping to produce user documentation.
- Your contribution will be essential to delivering a smooth transition to the new system.
