A little more about the Process Operator role:
Hourly Rate: £13.81 + shift premium
What you’ll do:
- Analyze processes daily and implement actions to improve stability.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, and Engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform housekeeping activities, including visual checks and reporting equipment issues.
- Manage routine tasks such as offloading palettes, replenishing raw materials, and minimizing waste.
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant manufacturing experience.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer systems like SAP.
- A positive attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Experience with quality testing and systems.
- Training in operational excellence (white belt).
- Experience with shift work, including nights and 12-hour shifts.
- NVQ Level 2 in Manufacturing Operations.
- Counterbalance forklift license.
