Remuneration: $31.73 - $34.23 per hour + Superannuation

Join our Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) – a short-term care service designed to support older individuals in regaining independence and functionality following a hospital stay. We’re seeking a Residential Services Assistant to become part of our compassionate and collaborative team, where you’ll help deliver high-quality, person-centred care and enrich the daily lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the care team and domestic assistants with daily care routines
  • Supporting residents during mealtimes and contributing to meal preparation
  • Helping residents transfer safely to and from appointments
  • Engaging with residents during community outings and group activities
  • Collaborating with allied health and nursing staff to support transitional aged care services

Additional information: An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies. To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
