The Role
The Dispensing Doctor Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with dispensing doctors. This role involves promoting our membership benefits, which are tailored to the unique needs of dispensing practices, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your dispensing doctor accounts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for member enquiries.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, account status and market updates to your account base.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on accounts.
