In this particular role, you’ll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put then forward to one of your many college/university clients. Job Description: * Calling new prospects from after sourcing their CVs. * Helping as many people as possible within the field of higher education and learning. * Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with Universities or live vacancies. * Screening and short-listing candidates before clients meet them. * Meeting quotas towards overall company target and goals set by your team leader. * Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment. * Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods. * Identifying careers paths suitable within your quota and discern what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers into learning and work (for example: childcare, travel finance), identifying courses and training and signposting to other departments. Desired: * University Degree * Somebody who is outspoken and confident. * Knowledge on UK higher/further education. * Someone who can demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships. * Someone that has great attention to detail. * Passion for helping people and talking to people. * An ability to work at a fast pace. * Someone with good initiative and conversational skills. * Previous experience within IAG. Essential Criteria: * Demonstration of a high level of customer service and customer care. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * Excellent interpersonal skills that make for good team chemistry. * Proficient in use of computers (word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet
