We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Consultant/Course Advisor to join our driven and highly performing sales team. Join a dynamic team of experienced telesales professionals and help transform lives through online learning! This exciting opportunity involves guiding individuals in selecting the right course for their goals. You'll use persuasive sales techniques to drive course enrolments while providing supportive, goal-oriented customer service. Training will be given on all products and systems.

Full time: Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Start date ASAP. Immediate start available.

Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)

Salary: Inclusive of a basic salary of £25,000, depending on experience + excellent commission structure with potential earnings of circa £38,000

What it’s all about:

  • Using a consultative approach in converting warm sales leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts
  • Answering inbound calls from potential students
  • Managing your own diary and working towards KPI’s
  • Following up sales leads via a varied contact process
  • Building a rapport with potential students to understand their needs
  • Advising on courses best suited to an individual and their goals
  • Converting leads to a sale, using both sales and customer service techniques.

What we need from you:

  • Experience working towards and meeting team and individual targets
  • Are enthusiastic, driven and motivated
  • Confident in speaking to a variety of people, with the ability to build rapport
  • Have experience in a telephone-based role
  • A desire to make a difference to customers' lives by improving their job prospects, gaining qualifications to move on to university, or simply learning something new.
