What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead on recruitment, performance management, appraisals, and staff development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Strong leadership experience within a hospital ward environment.
  • Confident managing and developing nursing teams.
  • Experience from either the NHS or independent sector is welcomed.
