Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a leading Software provider in Belfast as they recruit for the role of Account Manager. Are you a proactive Account Manager with a knack for building lasting client relationships? Do you have a strong background in software or healthcare systems and a passion for helping customers thrive? In this role, you'll be central to driving customer success by strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell, and ensuring customers are fully engaged with their solutions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their businesses and advise them on how to maximise the value of the technologies.
The Role
- Maintain regular and meaningful contact with customers
- Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling into your account base
- Understand customer challenges and recommend product features to address them
- Support customers in adopting the latest solutions and product innovations
- Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts
- Maintain accurate account and sales pipeline records
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Operations, Development and Marketing teams
- Report monthly on key metrics and sales forecasting
- Minimise customer churn and promote loyalty
- Deliver excellent customer service and deepen your understanding of their products and the industry
The Person
- Proven success in a target-driven, client-facing Account Management role
- Strong commercial awareness and persuasive communication skills
- Experience with cloud-based software or healthcare industry
- Ability to gather requirements and demonstrate product capabilities
- Strategic thinker with the confidence to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Calm under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Base Salary - £35,000
