As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple functions, from Corporate Development and M&A to Product, Finance, and Portfolio Company Operational roles. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, acting as both a talent advisor and tested resource to support the company’s strategic hiring priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with leaders across various teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and long-term talent goals.
  • Advise on talent market dynamics, role scoping, assessment and selection methodologies and recruitment strategies to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer and checking in for key roles across multiple business functions.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies tailored to niche talent profiles.
  • Deliver high-touch candidate experiences with timely feedback, clarity, and professionalism throughout.
  • Proactively build and manage diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent across geographies and functions.
  • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews, technical assessments, and work samples.
  • Partner with hiring teams to run effective and unbiased interview processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Banyan and our portfolio companies; articulate our values, culture, and mission to attract top talent.
  • Help evolve our employer brand presence in key talent markets.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop competitive offers and close top candidates.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting activity, analyze funnel metrics, and share insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
  • Provide reporting and updates to internal stakeholders on hiring pipelines and trends.
  • Contribute to cross-functional TA projects (e.g., DEI, referral programs, interview training).
  • Recommend improvements to tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
What You Bring
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, multi-function environment.
  • Proven track record hiring for a variety of roles, including senior-level, technical, and commercial positions.
  • Strong sourcing and assessment capabilities, with a bias for proactive outreach and market intelligence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and geographies; global recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus), sourcing tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Notion).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
