We have taken on an incredible opportunity to join a West End based PE firm that has grown rapidly over the past few years. With around 100 people in the London office, there is a super strong culture based on shared values and collaboration. The team are close-knit and committed to company growth. They are looking for a likeminded and confident EA to take on the support to their investor relations team.

THE ROLE: This is a varied and fast paced role. Duties will include:

  • Planning and coordinating roadshows
  • Reaching out to and liaising with investors
  • Extensive diary management
  • Booking extensive travel and preparing highly detailed itineraries
  • Scheduling investor meetings, and creating comprehensive meeting prep
  • Tracking investor interactions and meetings on CRM
  • Organising investor related events
  • Researching and creating comprehensive backgrounds and meeting prep materials
  • Point of contact throughout each roadshow
  • Creating marketing materials and pitch books

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and supremely organised with the ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments. Previous roadshow coordination experience within PE, a placement agent or similar is preferable. The ability to work proactively, think strategically and use your common sense is key.
