RequirementsYou will have HNC/SVQ 3 or equivalent in Management, Business, Administration or equivalent.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be managing, co-ordinating and supporting the development of a team providing a comprehensive Business Support Service. As part of the Business Support Service, you will work with colleagues to implement continuous change to improve customer and business support.
The IndividualYou will have experience of working in an office environment, staff supervision, experience of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems along with experience of preparing management information/statistics, extracting reports from systems as and when required and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word, Teams and Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills, numeric and organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to relate to a wide variety of people, to prioritise workloads and meet challenges and deadlines, to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a team are essential.
You must have flexibility, as you may be required to work at different locations.
