Reactive Customer Aftercare Executive in Aylesbury with Hybrid Working.

Permanent position working 3 rotating shifts between 7am – 7pm, including weekends and bank holiday working on a scheduled rota basis.

Competitive salary and 15% shift allowance.

  • You will liaise with the Onecall Sales team and set up contracts, following through with the client to ensure the job has been carried out.
  • The Executive will provide necessary paperwork and purchase orders for the booking, liaise with internal depots and suppliers, manage customer portals, and support the Onecall Team manager with any other administrative jobs.
  • Some sales and negotiating skills will be required.
