About the Role
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Key Account Manager to create, develop and strengthen new and existing account relationships, offering a great blend of sales and account management. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to maximise growth opportunities and achieve sales objectives. You’ll be required to develop existing accounts and target business opportunities whilst continuing to identify market trends, create sustainable value-adding opportunities and deliver targeted initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
About You
You’ll be a seasoned technical sales/key account professional who thrives in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining trust with our existing stakeholders. Your proactive approach will see you maintaining and developing our market position as you build customer relationships to achieve agreed sales volumes and profit margins in support of broader business objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 3 - 5 years’ Technical Sales/Account Management experience in a civil/industrial/commercial construction environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with experience in data analysis and report generation.
- A self-starter with proven experience in implementing sales initiatives by leveraging your expertise to provide technical support and tailored solutions for our products and accessories.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, contract pricing, and project management is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation capabilities in achieving sales outcomes.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
