We’re looking for a Project Support Officer (PSO) to join our Aspect Ecology team in Banbury. This is an office-based role, supporting our Ecologists deliver projects efficiently, particularly when it comes to managing project finances and invoicing. You’ll be part of a small and dedicated team, supporting project managers by setting up and maintaining project records, tracking finances, and liaising with our finance team to ensure everything runs on time and to plan.
This supportive role will therefore suit someone with an administrative, finance or business support background who enjoys structure and takes pride in their work.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Great organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence using financial systems (training provided), spreadsheets, and project records
- A methodical and thorough approach to your work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- Motivation to deliver accurate work consistently and on schedule
