Responsibilities:

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an Account Manager to join us based in the UK. Here at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, our software solutions produce insights across the asset lifecycle to help our customers design, construct, and operate more profitable, safe, and sustainable industrial facilities. Our customers range from the Energy and Utilities industries to Pharmaceutical, Automotive and beyond.

As an Account Manager, you will be joining an established and successful team. You will lead on managing relationships with our customers while collaborating with Pre Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success colleagues among others. You will be experienced in selling enterprise in a consultative way and preferably have an academic or professional background in engineering. This role will be field-based with travel to customer sites across the UK.

You will:

  • Develop a rapport with customers for the long term
  • Engage with executive-level management at customer companies
  • Be involved in financial and legal discussions with customers
  • Display knowledge of Hexagon's product solutions
  • Solution sell and define business value for the client
  • Show understanding of the customer's budgeting process and why the budget exists

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience selling enterprise software to large-scale industrial customers
  • Academic or professional engineering knowledge
