Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an Associate Director of Planning for a national commercial property business. As they are national, you can be based in any of the 3 main cities where you will deliver consultancy across a variety of planning projects, including appraisals, applications, appeals, land promotion and enforcement within the residential, commercial education, healthcare and employment sectors.
To make the role a success, you must have a proven track record of business development or bring your own portfolio of clients as you will be identifying and securing new business opportunities whilst developing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in town planning or a relevant field.
- Full RTPI membership is essential.
- Extensive post qualification experience in consultancy or local authority roles.
- Excellent working knowledge of planning policy, legislation and appeals processes.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to fee generation.
This role is a hybrid position where you would work 1-2 days per week in the office and comes with a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
