Role Overview
The primary function of the Healthcare Development Manager in Advanced Wound Care is to accelerate the clinical and economic adoption of Convatec brands in the acute and community sectors. This involves working with stakeholders within ICSs & ICBs to improve access through care pathways, guidelines, and formulary inclusion. Developing health economic packages and sales collateral to expand funding and support brand inclusion in the community are key objectives.
This is a field-based maternity cover for 12 months, covering the following territory: Birmingham and Solihull - Coventry and Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing strategic account management plans to increase product usage
- Maximizing product access via formulary inclusion and guideline development
- Managing projects within focus accounts and collaborating with local teams
- Creating solutions to maximize brand adoption in ICBs
- Engaging with key opinion leaders and decision-makers
- Shaping local markets to accelerate adoption of new technologies
- Preparing business cases for formulary listings
- Conducting audits to gather prevalence data
- Managing local expenses for optimal ROI
