Morgan McKinley is looking for an Account Manager to join a dynamic team in a newly refurbished office, with a built-in gym, jacuzzi and break-out area with a pool table, and free onsite parking. The offices are based in the Horsham area; ideally, you will be a driver due to the location.
This role is ideal for someone with previous Account Management experience or a graduate with fantastic communication skills.
- Length: Permanent / Full-time OFFICE BASED
- Hours: 9AM-5PM
- Salary: £22k - £24k basic + commission and bonus - OTE £30k
- Location: Horsham area
Account Manager duties:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
- Upsell to existing customers
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and support
The ideal Account Manager will have/be:
- Previous experience in an account manager role or a similar environment
