As part of our professional transport team, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering secure and cost-effective transport services across Europe. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, keep track of budgets, and ensure every delivery meets strict security and safety standards. You’ll lead a team of drivers, technicians, and schedulers, ensuring they’re supported and performing at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining legal compliance and completing documentation accurately.
- Providing advice on fleet and driver needs.
- Working closely with stakeholders to integrate plans.
- Analysing transport opportunities and recommending improvements.
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing your team.
With a CPC in Road Transport (National and International) and a Diploma in Transport and Warehouse Management, you’ll bring a thorough knowledge of road transport legislation and strong communication skills to the role. You’ll have solid experience in logistics operations and supply chain planning, and you’ll be confident packing goods securely, resolving incidents efficiently, and managing high-risk manual handling tasks.
You’ll also be skilled at planning and organising, developing schedules and forecasts, and meeting performance targets to deliver great service. Your negotiation and financial management abilities will help you ensure operations remain cost-effective and compliant.
