We are seeking an organized and flexible individual to provide high-quality reception and clerical services to patients and clinicians at the Carnegie Unit.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of English and numeracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong keyboard skills. Knowledge of NHS IT systems is advantageous.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to prioritize and manage daily workload independently, without direct supervision, is required. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of the wider administration team.

Travel throughout the West Fife Division may be required for training and staff cover.

Existing NHS employees must discuss this opportunity with their line manager. Approval for a secondment from your current employer is necessary to apply for this fixed-term position. External applicants with continuous NHS service must also have a secondment agreement in place.

Note: The salary for this role is pro-rata for part-time hours.
