- Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
- Overtime rates: Time and a third after 10 hours (Monday - Friday), Time and a third for nights, Time and a half on weekends and nights
- Additional benefits: Pension, paid training and upskilling, free PPE, life insurance, secure income
