Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a strategic category partnership for Tesco through data-led insights and consistent engagement.
- Create and execute retailer-specific JBP & category growth plans that deliver real commercial impact.
- Manage relationships with key insight agencies to ensure high-quality, actionable data.
- Optimise key category levers—range, space, visibility, and promotions—to drive performance.
- Translate data into compelling insights that shape internal and customer-facing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align category, shopper, and brand strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer/supplier-facing Category, Buying or Insights role within FMCG / Retail.
- Experience working in or with a Top 4 grocery retailer is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Ideally experience or knowledge of a multi-channel environment - .com / convenience / main estate.
