The Role: We are looking to recruit a Professional Services Administrator in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This first assignment will last at least 12 months.

Core aspects of the assignment are likely to include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Associate Dean (Global Engagement) on marketing campaigns for overseas students, administrative support for meetings and events and administrative support for partnership agreements.
  • Collating and presenting data to assist with decision making at the Faculty Executive, Global Engagement and Recruitment and Marketing Committees, e.g. course recruitment profiles.
  • Producing regular reports on application status and registration in order to inform the Faculty’s Recruitment and Marketing Strategy.

After the initial 12 months, a combination of the business’ needs and the role-holder's own development aspirations will be used to determine future assignments and responsibilities.
