Our client is a global leader in the mechanical, production, and biomedical sectors. As part of their high-performing quality and manufacturing team, you will play a key role in supporting production excellence and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

We are hiring a Process Quality Engineer for a -month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This role is focused on supporting new product introductions, developing robust control plans, improving process monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of measurement systems used in manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for implementing statistical tools and quality methodologies to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA and European regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement measurement systems, including destructive and non-destructive tests for manufacturing processes.
  • Support new product introduction and design transfer activities by developing control plans based on risk analysis and process capability.
  • Apply and interpret process monitoring and control methods aligned with product risk profiles.
  • Perform data collection and conduct statistical analysis for process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain standard and custom sampling plans, ensuring acceptable risk levels for product classification and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess the effectiveness of measurement tools and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies such as SPC, MSA, and DOE to drive process quality.
