We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef to join our team of chefs across the Swinton Estate. Our concept is centred around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, meticulously prepared and presented to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, adopting our Estate to Plate philosophy. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Head Chef covering a range of events around the estate and within our restaurants.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in a range of different kitchen environments and experience covering events. Experience in 3 AA Rosette or Michelin is preferred but not imperative.

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing, we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel's Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac, a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café; and last but by no means least, the Swinton cookery school.
