Your new role
As the HR Systems Manager, you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and take the lead on managing and enhancing the firmβs HR system (Dayforce). You will be responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and analytics, while also supporting wider HR initiatives and projects. You will manage one direct report and act as a key liaison between HR and other business functions on all things data and systems.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar HR systems or reporting role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Experience with HR systems (Dayforce preferred)
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Crystal Reports is advantageous
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and data accuracy
