Global Healthcare Business that has delivered over 400 Healthcare Projects across the World. The business handles main contracting, feasibility, commissioning, detailed design & planning. This is an exciting role for a Senior Planner with an interest in Hospitals based in the UK.
Would you describe yourself as a Senior Planner that is able to see the bigger picture? You will be able to manage a team, present to clients, pull programmes & tenders apart from first principles and clearly see through reported versus actual. You will need to have clear healthcare experience and a track record in this sector to match the clients' wishes. Small projects could be £30 Million and large ones would be £300 Million. This may mean a new build, refurbishment or extension to a live operational hospital in Africa or Asia.
Our Client has been in business for over 50 years and is a market leader within Healthcare, well positioned to negotiate a huge amount of work.
