This role will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd, a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, with offices located in Portsmouth. The role is highly visible within the business, requiring consistent delivery of sales figures month on month against our business plan. It is responsible for the business development of vehicle fleets (from 100 to 800) across the UK within the corporate, not-for-profit, and public sector markets.
The multi-brand sales team is a fun, collaborative, and hard-working group who strive to meet the fleet needs of major corporates, public sector, and not-for-profit organisations in the UK. Our team consults, supports, and offers a blend of products and services that attract new customers and help drive our existing customers’ fleet ambitions forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and winning new customers to achieve individual sales targets.
- Identifying and proposing solutions to sell to prospective customers.
- Working in partnership with telemarketing to maximise appointment opportunities.
- Tailoring solutions as appropriate to ensure customer needs are met.
- Making proposals to the Head of New Business and Senior Management team to ensure an appropriate return in improved efficiencies or supplemental profit.
- Ensuring all solutions recommended to customers are deliverable, accompanied by approved profit models, and demonstrate sustainable account profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to re-engage previous KINTO customers, understanding reasons for leaving, and addressing them to a level that the customer returns.
- Utilising CRM (Salesforce) ensuring all sales activity is recorded and maintained.
- Building relationships with manufacturers and supply chains to establish mutual opportunities.
- Preparing reports summarising activity as required.

Desirable:
- OPL background.
- Salesforce CRM understanding.
- Use of Deloitte fleet analysis software.
- Understanding of MaaS and SaaS in the fleet environment.
