We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent in our Vehicle Off Road Team to join our growing Operations Team here at Holman UK. The role is based in our Birmingham office, near the NEC, for the first 6 months, after which you can move to a hybrid working model (from home on Mondays and Fridays). The position is permanent with a salary of £26,000.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ‘Vehicles off Road (VOR)’ progression and updates
  • Effective progress chasing to clarify vehicle and asset status, escalating concerns as needed
  • Reducing vehicle off-road time through vendor negotiations and options consideration
  • Identifying trends and escalating network performance concerns
  • Entering clear, detailed notes to avoid ambiguity
  • Communicating with vehicle and parts manufacturers about parts availability
  • Updating stakeholders and the business on VOR status
  • Chasing customer authorizations when needed
  • Organizing roadside assistance for drivers
  • Managing diaries, tasks, and actions proactively
