We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in London.
Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7

Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Pre-screening, assessing, interviewing & inducting candidates.
- Managing the company social media platform.
- Liaison with the client’s management team.
- Assisting with basic payroll functions.
- Adhering to company audit standards.
- Dealing with Flexi Workers queries.
- Database maintenance.
- Collation of MI.
Requirements for a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups of candidates.
- PC literate with experience of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Databases.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Works well within a team environment but also under own initiative.
- Attention to detail in data input.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
