Henderson Drake is working with a growing consultancy that is strengthening its UK delivery capability. The team is looking for an EPM Senior Consultant with a background in finance or accounting and a track record of leading end-to-end projects implementing planning solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of financial processes such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with hands-on delivery experience using platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or other enterprise planning tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver full-cycle EPM implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to go-live and support
- Engage directly with clients to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions aligned to their business goals
- Build, configure, and optimise financial models to support better decision-making
- Oversee functional design, testing, and change management activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting and mentoring colleagues on project delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across industries and geographies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end planning projects using an EPM platform (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle PBCS, etc.)
- Background in consulting or finance systems roles with significant client-facing responsibility
- A solid understanding of core finance processes including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead project teams through all phases of implementation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional accounting qualifications are an advantage)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing projects in a distributed environment
