The Role

We\โ€™re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team and help us drive revenue growth and customer retention across our SMB client portfolio. Youโ€™ll work closely with the support, success, sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure our customers are happy, successful, and expanding their footprint with Cryptio.

The Team

Youโ€™ll join the Account Management team, led by Peter, which focuses on nurturing relationships with existing clients; retaining revenue, growing accounts, and delivering customer delight.

Your closest collaborators:

  • Support Team: Own first-line customer help requests and troubleshooting.

  • ESC (Enterprise Success Consultants): Own implementation, technical delivery, and ongoing customer success from a product usage perspective.

  • Account Managers: Orchestrate relationships, protect existing revenue. spot growth opportunities, and steer strategic conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 2/3 SMB and legacy accounts post-sale

  • Own the renewal process and protect existing revenue

  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

  • Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and strategic support

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, ESCs, Marketing) to deliver value and resolve issues

  • Track account health, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to process improvements
